Saturday March 28, 1:00 p.m. Pantone has named Cloud Dancer as the Color of the Year for 2026. Described as a soft, airy, and billowy white, this shade is intended to offer a "whisper of calm" and a serene, neutral foundation to combat a chaotic world, emphasizing quiet reflection and intentional simplicity. Participants in this workshop will experience the calm in the creation of a beautiful white and green arrangement in a milky white 10” glass planter. A double stem orchid plant will be the feature and surrounding it will be a selection of white blooming accent plants and soft green foliage. A sweet "tweet" white ceramic bird figurine will be nestled amongst the plants, along with decorative moss. Beautiful! Do note that is workshop has been created in the spirit of the Colour of the Year, there will not be any traditionally “colourful” plants included in this workshop, only tones of white and green. This is an elegant planter for indoor decor, perhaps on a kitchen island or dining table. As always, care, advice and education will be discussed as the group works alongside your host, Vikki and the Design Team. -

NEW SPRING WORKSHOP! Saturday March 21, 2:00 p.m. A beautiful 10” clear, high quality glass bowl will be the container to feature a special Spring plant (choices will include a pot of multiple hyacinth bulbs, a blooming hellebore perennial or elegant calla lily) wrapped in a moss covering (kokedama) along with other pre-sprouted bulbs, natural elements (twigs, pussy willows, pinecones, moss) and a Spring nest. As always, care, advice and education will be discussed as the group works alongside your host, Vikki and the Design Team. -
Sunday November 08, 10:00 a.m. A simple, tall, square plastic black pot (16”) will be filled full using a 3 foot cut evergreen top resembling a wee Christmas Tree (you can add lights to it when you get home), quality mixed evergreens (pine, BC Silver Fir and Cedar), magnolia, dried hydrangeas, one super-sized pine cone and metal stake to hang our new LED old-school lantern to guide friends and family to your porch. This will be a BIG feature in your outdoor Winter décor that will last throughout the Winter! Updated photo that includes the lantern (and not the cabin shown) will be posted soon. -
NEW for 2026! In an 8” round black, low profile ceramic dish planter, you will design a lovely arrangement of fresh mixed evergreen boughs. They will be drappy and light. Amid the arrangement will be a moss nest to sit a waxed amaryllis which will bloom in time for the holidays (fingers crossed, bloom timing is tricky). Accents will be added, such as pinecones, pods, faux berries and more to reflect your personal décor taste. This whole arrangement will then be set onto the metal tray of a 10” tall black metal tree form with star on top. So unique! So pretty! The metal tree frame will have lots of uses for you in the future! We will provide a full project photo once all of the materials arrive. -

This is an indoor potted plant workshop for folks who value houseplants they can grow on after the holidays. In an 8” natural toned tin planter (with protective liner) participants will plant five seasonal bloomers. Choices will include: cyclamen, poinsettia, lemon cypress, lavender, rosemary, fluffy ferns, ivy, winter berry, calandivia and seasonal frosty fern. Accents to finish the project will be a wooden tree stake, a metal deer pick, birch and pine cones. Au Natural! -
This is a newly added workshop! Saturday November 14, 1:00 p.m. In a 23" tall square red and black tin planter participants will add a small cut evergreen tree as the focal element. Layers of fresh and fragrant evergreens will be added (pine, cedars, boxwood, silver fir) to create a full and lush arrangement. Dogwood will add an element of height and drama and a trip to our "Accent Buffet" will offer an additional 5 pods, pinecones or other accents to completely personalize the arrangement. This beautiful arrangement will last outdoors until March as a classic Winter display. And, off-season, this funky container can be used as a drinks holder or spray paint it to create a fun Summer planter! The top bucket does detatch from the legs for easy transport. -

After cutting to appropriate sizes, layers of fresh and fragrant evergreens will be added (pine, cedars, boxwood, silver fir) along with magnolia leaves (not pictured in sample photo). Spring Amaryllis Joy Workshop Saturday March 16th, 10:00 a.m. So this is new…waxed Amaryllis for Spring! In Spring coloured wax (pink, mauve, yellow) the pre-sprouted stem will open to a white or pink blooming Amarylis, usually within the month of being exposed to light and warmth. What a joy to watch Amaryllis blooms open in the Spring-time! The container for this design will be a 8” wicker “nest” and will include three foliage or blooming plants, along with your choice of high-value, pre-sprouted waxed Amaryllis. Decorative mosses (to nestle the waxed Amaryllis), pussy willows and curly willow and a cute bird will complete the project. Sunday December 14, 1:00 p.m. We introduced this unique rectangular, metal container last year in green (to private sessions only) and this year we offer it in a rusty retro red and gold colour pallet. It is a beautiful container! Into the floral foam that sits firmly in the pot, participants will design with fresh mixed evergreens, including deluxe varieties like boxwood and arborvitae. To accent, pinecones, berries and light florals will be added, making it an elegant table arrangement. We have only containers available for one session, so don’t miss out!
