The remainder of the fee will be payable upon arrival to the Workshop) Some Bunny Loves You Workshop Saturday March 23, 10:00 a.m. The unique wooden and metal planter from the “Woven Wonder Workshop” comes in a set of two – while the larger is this afternoon’s workshop, let’s use the smaller size (overall height 13”) to create a beautiful tabletop planter for Spring in the morning session! In the reclaimed wood, square planter,  participants will plant a selection of Spring bloomers such as primula, ranunculus, pre-sprouted bulbs, green houseplants, begonias, calandivia and more.  As a finished product, the wooden planter will be mounted on the black metal stand, and your arrangement will be full and lush, accented with decorative mosses, pussy willows plus a whimsical, light-up, rabbit face peeking out from amid the foliage. Fall Festival: A Beautiful Porch Pot Friday September 13, 2:00 p.m. $80.00 + HST It’s time to change your porch pot for the season! Participants will use a simple, black classic pot filled with fresh potting soil and design a beautiful arrangement using 5-7 Fall-inspired annuals. Choices will be plentiful and include: ornamental grasses, rudbeckia, mums, asters, ornamental kale/cabbage, ivy, croton, celosia, sedum and more. To create a planter that is truly unique, a variety of accents will be offered. All materials are included. Vikki will be your instructor. 15 Participants Max

The remainder of the fee will be payable upon arrival to the Workshop) A NEW Collaborative Workshop – "Woven Wonder" Saturday March 23, 1:00pm We’ve created a  new project in collaboration with “The Branch Ranch” in Warkworth and we think you will love it!  The first hour of this hands-on workshop will be working with Jessica to create a willow woven obelisk that will sit on the rim of a country/modern chic square planter consisting of black metal and reclaimed wood.  While learning weaving techniques she will also guide you to make a small willow birdnest.  Next, Vikki will take over and guide participants in planting a Spring arrangement full of ranunculus, pre-sprouted hyacinths, daffodils, tulips, fluffy ferns, trailing ivy, blooming calandivia, pussy willows and foliage fillers.  The birdnest, nestled with a few faux eggs and birdies, will tuck in for a magical Springtime design! Total height of the planter is 22”; the wooden planting vessel can be separated from the metal base to be used as a tabletop planter or the whole unit can styled as a compliment to your furniture.  A unique design! Sexy Succulents Workshops Sunday June 09, 2:00 p.m. 55.00 + HST. Using a very nice long, rectangular metal trough, seven succulents will be planted. A variety of sizes, colours and shapes will be included, along with proper succulent soil, decorative rocks and fun touches. Discussion will highlight succulent care and design techniques. Maximum 8 participants.

Herbal Heaven Workshop Friday June 07, 4:00 p.m. $65.00 + HST. We’ll use a muted tone composite 14” round pot to plant in five herbs of your choice. Discussion will highlight uses of many of our favourite herbs (medical, culinary, fragrance), growth habits and harvesting methods. We even have some recipes to share! All materials are included: pot, soil, herbs, instruction and laughter!
